Week 11 Write-up by Eating Poop @ The Eagles Parade (’25-’26)

As an ongoing experiment this year in Big League Fantasy Football, the weekly write-ups will be authored courtesy of various members of the League. If you would like to contribute a post, let Turner know. _________________________________________________________________________________________

Week 11 is over and we are getting down to the nitty gritty. As the playoffs near, first thing I notice is that 3 of the 4 eagles themed teams are missing the playoffs at the moment, myself included.  Big League had been invaded by Birds fans, yet we all clearly struggle to score points offensively….. sounds familiar.

I’m not a critically acclaimed writer for television & movies like our commissioner bur ill give this a go with the same categories he likes 😏

Biggest Scorer: TheNuke with 144.12

Nuke had been sitting at 5-5 prior to this week & clearly is making lineups for a playoff push. They plugged in studs at every single lineup spot & it paid off in a big way with Dak, JSN, Nico & George Kittle pulling in 20+. They were the only team in the league with that many 20 bombs.

*inserted Oppenheimer gif here but it wouldnt load 😭*

Biggest Blowout: Jordan Loves Younghoes() beats Hock out with my KOC out by 44.46 points

Incredible team name aside, this team & Jordan apparently enjoyed preying on the less fortunate. Teams that used Herbert this week were likely unhappy, and Mr Younghoes took advantage. A 30 ball from the rookie RB Henderson & 27 pts from their kicker and defense was all it took to beat the pants off a low scoring team for KOC. Rough showing for KOC in this one, they sent out a team of RB1s and WR1s and you surely want more than 70 pts when you take a big shot like that in this league.

Closest Call: Ward and Peace over Southport Skegs by 2.2

There were two tight contests this week settled by 3 points or less, but slightly closer was this match up lead by an absolute mid off at QB. The enigma “9” was picked by both teams at QB, unfortunately JJ McCarthy decided to show up instead. JJ threw 2 picks, completed just 50% of his passes & really continued to not get the ball to the “best” WR in the league. These teams did make great moves, both of them played the ACTUAL best WR in the league JSN. As well as both playing Bijan who went off for 30. Two teams who sent out big lineups, but I know Skegs is kicking themselves for their 3rd WR choice, the Bills put up 44 points and Shakir gets them 1 catch for -3 yards? Gross

Best Find: Micheal Wilson 33.5 points

Heady play from anyone who trotted out Micheal Wilson this week. This man had not scored over 10 points ALL YEAR. Cardinals were down Marvin Harrsion and 5 smart team owners played into that. On top of that, fucking Jacoby Brissett threw 57 fucking passes & completed the most EVER in a game with 47. Wilson had a ridiculous 15 catches on 18 targets. 3 of the teams who played him won. Sorry Drew Crew ✊🏿

Duds of The Week: Justin Herbert, JJ McCarthy & Jamar Chase & Sam Darnold

If you were one of the teams that played any of these three guys, im sorry. QB play has seemed down across the NFL & that reality was felt this week. JJ, Justin & Sam showed up in half, 9 of the 18 match ups this week and really tried their hardest to fail their owners.

In this league, when you send out Jamar Chase.. you want to win the week, 1 punch, 1 spit later and Jamar only added 6 pts. Disappointing Bad at This (same) & Depressed Colts Fan.

Speaking of Depressed Colts Fan, I want to give them an honorable mention. They clearly sacrificed their record this year (2-9) to aid their Colts (8-2). They put out Jamar Chase and Egbuka this week, maybe hoping to lit a fire under their team and instead collected a measly 15 pts from two elites. They also had concussed CJ Stroud out there throwing up gang signs and a big zero at QB…. surely Daniel Jones will keep up the good play and make this Colts Fan smile come playoffs.

EAGLES OF THE WEEK: It was eagles fan domination this week as all 4 teams with Philadelphia Eagles themed names were victorious. Jalen Hurts was all over teams rosters in the league this week & the birds flew to 8-2.

Lots of team put out Devonta Smith & AJ Brown this week. Unfortunately, AJs twitch debut resulted in a measly 1.8 for Smitty 🙁
