Week 13 Recap: The Pasta Party Rolls With Butter

Highest Scorer:

Old school rules and it wasn’t really close. Freakofnature put up 166.6, with Who’s Nailin
Jalen? a distant 2 nd with 147.54. Penne pasta has what looks to be the strongest division, with 3 teams at
9/4 overall and 2 teams locked at 6/3 in the division. Freak now leads the league in total points, but
Violence is just 10 points behind.

Biggest Blowout:

Although H_O_T_T_O_DEEBO actually had the biggest blowout, if you look at his
opponent Winners Win (Losers Lose) they didn’t really put in a lineup. Shame on you for that freakin
mess!! Freak dad the biggest blowout as well. The old guys play to win! He beat Ward and Peace by
80.68 points. Ward had a solid lineup! (Stafford, Jonathan Taylor, Puka, McBride & Rams D) Most weeks
that alone wins big! So, hats off and add some parmesan cheese to the Penne pasta and Freakofnature
for the big 2!

Closest Matchup:

There were 4 matchups that came in under 6 points difference. Cooper Station beat
TheNuke by 3.68. The Nuke played Jameis Winston!!! Take 10 minutes and check to see if your players
are even going to play!! Most any starting QB this week would have gotten Nuke the win. Fighting
Methodists beat yours truly Skid Marks by 5 points. RJ Harvey has his 2 nd best game of the season to
crush my hopes for a much needed win. Congrats on a great time to start him. Bad at This beat Pay Day
Gray by 5.3 points. Both teams had winning lineups, but the KC connection of Mahomes and Rice was
the difference for Bad at This. Endzone Jones beat Depressed Colts Fan by 5.42 points. Another case of
starting a player that is not playing killed any hopes for Depressed. Garrett Wilson is on IR!!! EZJ tried to
help you out by playing anyone from the Titans, but to no avail…

Best Find:

I’m going to mention the best plays of the week, which were AJ Brown (35.2 points) ,Bijan
Robinson(30.3 points) and the Seahawks D (28 points). For the two players that waited to play AJ,
congrats to Up and Freakofnature (there he is again!). For the two who waited on Bijan, only one got a
win, Eating Poop. Boswell just didn’t have enough help. All 3 teams that took the Seahawks won.
Congrats to again?!?!? Freakofnature, hancocky bastards & Oodles of Noodles. Two of the best deeper
pick were RJ Henry (21.2 points) and Jakobi Meyers (21.3 points). I’ll give an honorable mention to a
kicker ( who shoud never score this high) Evan McPherson had 24 points for the two teams that used
him this week.

Biggest Bust:

Amon-Ra St Brown went down in the first quarter without scoring a point. The Rams D,
which had been one of the best only got 1 point. JSN who has been a beast only managed 4.3 points.
Poor Justin Jefferson who just doesn’t have a QB, put up 2.4 points. Not counting players that didn’t
play, Chimere Dike was the biggest bust with -0.1 points.

Summary:

There were 10 games that were decided by 30 or more points and 6 games decided by 15 or
less. A week of blow outs and a few close ones. There were only two in between. Hope this wasn’t too
long. Lot’s to get to this week. Playoffs are looming. Right now Penne has 4 teams in, Macaroni has 3,
everyone else has 2 except Farfalle with one!
